The most common types of Arthritis are Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis. There are many reasons why people get Arthritis.

Common Types of Arthritis
- Rheumatoid Arthritis: This type of arthritis is an autoimmune disease, meanning the immune system attacks your joints. This then leads to inflammation and pain in your joints, and if left untreated can result in severe joint damage. You commonly see Rheumatoid Arthritis in your knuckles, elbows or heels.
- Osteoarthritis: This is the most common form of arhtritis. Osteoarthritis generally occurs when your joints are overused, and is more common the older you are. It is most commonly seen in your knees, hips, feet and spine, and can gradually appear over many months.
