HOW DO I FIND YOU?

We are located right next door to Cafe 63 Sinnamon Park. There is plenty of onsite parking available.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the treatable area. You may be asked to remove an article of clothing if it interferes with the ability to assess and treat properly. You can say no, however it may limit your treatment options.

 

Trilogy Physiotherapy always wants you to feel comfortable so you will be given towels and a private area to change clothes, but please express any concerns you have straight away.

WHAT HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all health funds at Trilogy Physiotherapy. When attending your appointment please bring your health fund card with you. If you forget your card don't worry we will send you a receipt that you can use to get your rebate back.

DO YOU ACCEPT NDIS?

If you are with NDIS we can see you if you have a self managed policy. We do ask that you pay at the time of your appointment and we can generate an invoice for you to claim for a rebate with NDIS.

DO I NEED A DOCTORS REFERRAL?

No, you do not need a doctor's referral letter if you are a private patient paying fully or using a private health fund. You can call and make a booking at a time that suits you or book online.

DO YOU ACCEPT WORKCOVER CLAIMS?

Yes, we do accept Workcover claims provided that you have a valid medical certificate and have all your forms with you prior to coming to your appointment.

IS PAYMENT REQUIRED ON THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT?

Yes, we require all payments to be processed on the day of your treatment.
