Our classes are kept small (max 3 people) so you get the assistance you deserve.
Or you can book solo sessions for complete undivided attention.
It doesn't matter if you've never done Pilates before, our Pilates Instructor, Rachel, will walk you through every step and make sure each exercise is done safely.
