Rachel Farrell

Accredited Practicing Dietitian

Rachel is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from Griffith University, Gold Coast.

 

Rachel's aim is to provide an inclusive environment for all bodies and abilities and help clients enhance their relationship with food and themselves. She practices using a Non-Diet Approach® and Health at Every Size® (HAES) principles meaning her focus will always be on health enhancement, not restrictive diets.

 

Rachel believes providing personalised, holistic and person-centred care is key to helping clients achieve their goals and strives to uphold this in all aspects of her practice.

 

Rachel’s special interest areas include:
