Rachel Hinton

Clinical Pilates Instructor

Rachel is a clinically trained Pilates Instructor who is currently completing her Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology.  

Rachel has six years of experience as a Dance Teacher where she taught dance and fitness classes to kids and adults. This sparked her interest in exercise and movement as a way to stay physically and mentally healthy. 
 

Rachel is passionate about providing a safe and comfortable environment for people at all stages of their exercise journey. There are options for one-on-one or small group classes (3 people max) where exercises can be modified to your specific needs. 

The focus of Rachel’s Pilates classes are: ​

  • Functional movement: helping you to perform everyday activities. 

  • Intuitive movement: listening to your body to determine exercise intensity. 

  • Strength and stability. 

  • Physical and mental health.
